Intermittent connection

Hi there,<br> <br> Please refer to previous emails.<br> <br> I still have intermittent connection. After more than 2 months, 5 technicians, lots of mails and phone calls you people still have not yet managed to fix my problem.<br> <br> It took you more than 2 months to even admit that there is a fault somewhere, before then your technicians just shrug and tell me they have done what they can and we will see how it goes... well it has been a painful experience to say the least.<br> <br> The last technician wanted to move my line to a new DSLAM, but then the \specialist"said no"
