Intergrated data sim

Been more than 24hours and the sim isnt activated. Done the pc connection with the router but no response from the simcard. Keeps saying searching. Been to telkom store which they cudnt help much. They just emailed my ID copy to the person that posted the simcard. They cant even check if the sim has been rica or not. So dissapointing after so much complication to receive the parcel.
