Intergated Data Sim Registration

<p>I had heard that the process for getting a working integrated data sim was difficult, but I never expected a literal uphill climb. I drove to the nearest telkom direct store in Tygervalley, Cape Town, more than 700km from my hometown in the northern cape all for the elusive sim card. After being assured by the staff there my sim would be in working in 24 hours, I left for home, happy that I got what I came for. That is not the case however. Its been almost a month and the sim is still not working. After days and hours spent on hold at the callcentre I was told the store never registered my sim card. This is unacceptable. Times like this I wish the rating went lower than 1. The sim is a great product Telkom, especially for us in rural areas, but everything else is terrible. </p>
