Interest on "late" payment

<p>I always pay my telkom account before the end of the month as I get payed on the 25th. On my statement they indicate that you have till the 1st to pay for your account. This month i actually waited till the 1st and payed my account. I received my statement and they actually charged me interest on late payment. So i have till the 1st but if i pay the 1st you charge me interest? I call that *****ing. And everytime i phone their systems are down. How are we suppose to get fair treatment and service if they actually hold your internet hostage. I really hate these big companies and soon as I can I will take my business somewhere else. :(</p>
