<p>You’ll pay R238.10 more for 2 Meg line speed with Telkom</p> <p>Every month when I get my Telkom account , I pay it the same day , last month’s account said from 09 Mei 16 –till 08 June –it was paid in full –R367.31- I then upgraded my meg speed on the adsl line I rent from them to 4 meg , now the new account for this month arrive , 1ste they credit the payment of last month , only to then again bill me for 13 Mei till 08 June – R372.80 and to then bill me R428.10 for 09 June till 08 July =a shocking R610.90 !! And all I did was to upgrade the line speed with 2 meg , I really am starting to see why people are avoiding and leaving Telkom and I am only renting the adsl line from them ,M WEB is my service provider !!!!</p>

I am really sad that Telkom has become such a problem, as I have been a client of theirs for a very long time, on this Halo peter complaint -in the weeks since they have ensured me that they’ll react to it -absolutely nothing has happened, pathetic -don’t warry Telkom -fibre is coming -so carry on with your pathetic serves
