Intention to open case against Telkom with ICASA and seek a investigation by Public Protector

Dear Folks

My name is Shane van Straaten and well i am also tired of Telkom-Helkom ******* - i am sitting with similar problems and ********** charges from Telkom - So i intend using my case and all these various complaints to set up a complaint and ask the Public Protector to investigate Telkom and its business practices - furthermore i intend to escalate the matter to ICASA (with threat of legal action) and attempt to have licence suspended until they comply with obligations and legislation -- Question is who am i - I work for OUTA (Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse) OUTA played a big role in bringing down of SABC board and its merry band of ******* (not so merry anymore) as well as Eskom and SAA and various other ******* in fact our former COO now works for Public Enterprises under Minister Pravin Gordhan -- So i ask any people with complaints to please e-mail me direct ********** whereupon i shall set up a project and present to our Exco and motivate for approval failing approval as it might not fall within the Organisations Mandate then i shall proceed with the matter myself
