INTENSIONAL CALL CUTTING BY CALL CENTER AGENTS

Hi can telkom senior management pls look into call centre agents purposely cutting calls whilst talking to them. It’s happening very frequently!!!!! This is being done by agents intensionally to avoid queries!!!
