Integrated Data Wallet
I was very excited about the launch of the latest Telkom DSL promotion called Integrated Data Wallet. I called Telkom new products and services and was told that they have not idea about this promotion and that I should call Dsl technical support. They had no idea either and was told to call Telkom mobile. I called them and they they me to call new products and services. I'm going around in circles and nobody at the call centers have a clue about this promotion even though it's been advertised online on Telkom website. I'm very disappointed in Telkom.
