Insurance was not activated

I took P8-Lite 1G free me package with insurance (199+83=282). I signed the for insurance including the seperate TelkomInsurance Form, with the Value Band, premium and my details

I also have an LTE 20+20 as well.

On teh 10th I got ****** my phone, and reported the matter on the 13th the Telkom Express Store (Tygervalley). It turns out I do not have insurance (I never checked my statements). Now, the STore and the Franchise have been playing a waiting and delaying game with me, hoping I give up.

The agent or store must be penalised by back-paying for the insurance since September up to date, because it is punititve on me to now pay for the total (Lumpsum + axcess) of the premium up to so far before I can claim as it was not my fault that the premuims were not deducted (beacuse the agent did not activate teh insurance).

I even had to report the matter to the Ombudsman for Short-Term Insurance.
Kindly ensure that the insurance premiums since September for until February is paid by the agent or store as they did not activate the insurance. I have been without a phone since the 13th (that is when I reported to Telkom) so far, and no cae was even open on this query. On more that five occasssion the agent **** to me amnd said he had opened a case.

It is a dentrimental position to back-pay (imagine if I have had the phone for 18 months) for insurance premiums in total (lumpsum) because the agent did not activate the insurance, whereas I have signed up for it
