Insurance phone

I took insurance at Telkom admin in 2019, 2023 I lost my phone I put a claim and I was not happy the way they handled it after I received my phone I decided to cancelled the insurance July 2023. The cancelation was not successful in July and I decided not to pay insurance, they were keep on billing me up until December 2023 And According to the contract after 2 months of unsuccessful payment automatically the insurance will be cancelled.

Now they send my name to nedebt collection. Please help
