Insurance not cancelled after numerous requests

I am very frustrated by Telkiom's insurance because I have been contacting them since April to cancel my insurance for a device that I traded in when I bought a new phone. I have made numerous attempts via calling, email, and WhatsApp. I'm continuing to be billed monthly with my telkom contract.
