Insurance from hell

I claimed for my ****** phone on the 2nd of October and i called twice only to be told to send a missing document, after all that I've been calling but the phone rings off the hook with no response the longest I've stayed on hold is 30 minutes only for my call to be cut off. Im so unhappy with telkom finrite insurance i regret insururing my phone with them, their customer service is horrible. Still waiting for a response on my claim.
