Insurance claim number 52326
I insured my cellphone with Telkom insurance and I lost my cellphone on the 31st of March 2021 and put on my claim there after but I am still waiting for them to approve my claim and give the new cellphone but they are deducting monthly premiums without fail every month end. I have tried several times to follow up but I get any response from them. My claim number is 52326. There is pathetic and unprofessional.

21 May 2021, 11:32I have not yet received any response from Telkom mobile insurance and it is almost 2 months waiting for the claim feedback but Telkom mobile insurance are deducting monthly premium. I am unhappy and frustrated with Telkom mobile insurance.
