Insurance claim

I submitted an insurance claim 2 weeks ago and I have to do follow up all the time. And yet I have been paying for the insurance for 3yrs and never claimed. They keep on sending me emails asking ridiculous questions. My device insurance is a comprehensive one and I expected them to pay in less than 2 weeks.
