Insurance claim

I am so mad and disappointed with service I'm getting from Telkom and Finrite!! I've sent all the documents to claim my phone and this happened before LOCKDOWN and guess what I still haven't received any feedback.. I'm running around like a headless chicken! What hurt most is they debit my account every month without a fail and this is the service I'm getting?!! Telkom doesnt even response to my msg on FB and I went to their store in Jabulani mall and they couldn't assist me I called Finrite and I was put on hold for almost 2 hours... Natasha Classen from finrite isn't helping at all coz she keeps asking the very same questions over and over again and she doesn't answer my emails or calls anymore...At this moment I don't even have a phone I regret taking a contract with you guys.... The worst services I've ever received in my whole life... What do I need to do to get my phone ??? What must happen
