INSURANCE CLAIM APPROVED BUT YOU WON'T RECEIVED THE SAME PRODUCT

Telkom doesn't care about their clients, the only thing they care about is sales going up. They are not honest regarding the insurance and when you claim they put the new terms and conditions on the same form you have to use when claiming. The next thing they can't give you the same product you insured, instate they downgrade you from what you had before. They get more money from our insured money and excess fees. You will never get the same product you issued, they will provide you will the less price product so they can save money from our insured funds. when you contact them all their consultants are so rude and they can't provide you with the information you requesting. I'm so disappointed and regret why i took contract with them.
