Insurance claim

Insurance claim Telkom rejected lost phone claim. Reported the phone with them and they issued a list of things that needs to be collected before claiming. Tried running around for those things only for them first took their own time saying they are investigating the matter and later to reject the claim. That means I stole my own phone after paying insurance for more than 2 years. Does that make sense.
