Insurance claim

This insurance company is a no go..been waiting for my claim almost3months now...they dont give feedback..they never reply on the emails..I requested a call back..ive called several times..with no luck..I undesrstand they wir taken over another company and only deals with claims that was made after the 26 of October 2020..well forwarded all my necessary documentation on the 28October..but still feedback..no nothing..and on top of that..Telkom is not of any help..Telkom must stop offering this insurance if they cant help you too..very bad ..Finrite telkom insurance
