Insurance claim

<p>Hi I took out a contract phone with telkom through sell direct on the 11/03/2015 they delivered the tablet a Huawei Mediapad T1 8.0 and i took out insurance with them which i am paying R60 every month now i need to claim as the table is lost and I dont have anybody to help me Telkom says they cant pick it up on their system while at sell direct they dont even pick up thei line i ve tried calling ********** 700/7500 No answer i really need help</p>
