Insult by a telkom online agent

I've just been insulted by a Telkom online agent. Her private call registered, 11h18. Her insult was -"golo likanyoko." Loosely traslated to "your mothers asshole."

This morning, @11:17, I've received a call from a woman who introduced hereself as a Telkom employee-***. She was making a follow up on my newly signed phone deal.

I immediately told her that she's the 2nd person calling me on the same thing, in like 5min, so I asked her, "what's up?", she insisted and I eventually dropped the phone.

She returned in a private number and said one of the rudest things you could say to a human being, let alone a customer of decades.
