Instalment query

My arrangement with Telkom from the beginning of our contract was the debit order to go off on the 1st of each month, due to my unemployment status in November they didn't get instalment money, now they didn't not deduct January instalment on the 11st they say our agreement is for the 15th and they charging me interest on top of that, the 15th also pass the money is still not deducted
