Installation set for the end of time

I have placed an order with the call centre in July 2018.

A consultant called me to say that they went to the wrong address. I gave the correct address and have not heard any feedback since.

I have called the call centre multiple times since then. Half the time the system is offline so they cannot help me.

When the system is not offline they keep telling me they have escalated but nothing ever happens.
