Im not to happy with the service telkom is giving , we got a message saying , dear customer your installation for order no ********** is scheduled for 20-11-2017 between 8:00 and 16:00

Today is the 06-01-2018 and still no installation , no feedback , nothing

Is this the service telkom strives for ?????
