installation of landline and ADSL

I app**** for landline and ADSL on the 06/06/2017 form Telkom at Maponya mall. Order number ********** 47A. I received a call before the 10/06/2017 advising that the technician is coming at my place. I advised the technician that no at home i prefer them to come over the weekend. The next appointment received was for the 10th of June 2017. No one came at home. The next appointment was on the 16th of June 2017. No one came at home. On the 17/06/2017 the technician came at my place at about 9 o’clock by name of Mr Phakathi. He said to me that i like to install your line same day, however , because there are some who re digging, so i am not sure but with me (him) i like to install it same day. Immediately i realize that the technician is not going to install it. He was preparing me for to accept his words by saying with him he likes but because of the digging he cannot. After that he left my place and said he is going to check those who are digging. He came after 1 hour 30 minutes and said he is going to check again the poles. He came after 45 minutes and the pole is just my diagonal opposite. He said the owners of the house are not there and the gates are locked. I went there I found out there was no locked gates and the owner was busy with washing outside. He left gain and he said he is going to check those who are digging. He came back at about 1.30 pm. He then install the wire from the pole air bricks in my house. I thought by installing the wire, everything is fine with the digging. He left again and said he is going to check those who are digging and came back at 5.30 pm advising me that there is a problem with the cables and he is referring my query to the cable department. Why referring my query to the cables department and yet he keeps on saying that he is going to check those who are digging??? How sure I that really it is am cables or not? Was the proper work being done by this technician? Why he did not explained the same time that there is cables problem? Those who were digging there were not digging for cables? For what if it was not for cables? I think the second technician must be sent to my place for the second opinion. Mr Phakathi said to me this is not a big issue with the cables department and this is his query he will come back the following week to come and finish the job. Till today i did not hear anything from Mr Phakathi. I followed up with sales department after the following withe sales department, I can name them, phoning every day, I asked Phindile to call her supervisor ,she called Dumisane as her manager,Nondumiso, Siyabulela, they all have one answer to me" at cable department" i tried to advise them that can't they can just escalate that, once i received this escalation number 989014, i keep on phoning one answer, cables department. I even advised them if you see query lying at cable department for so long what are you doing? I went to Maponya mall again and advised them, they also said the same as sales department at cables department. I wanted them may to contact the cables department and asked why so long with this query, they did not. Instead, they dial and give the phone back to sales department. What was the use of me going to Maponya mall, Telkom?. On the phone I spoke with Thobile, she was worse, she said to me that there are people who are on waiting list since last year, and I asked do you mean that I can wait for 10 to 20 years on waiting list. She said by talking about cable is not an easy thing, It means she was supporting my statement that I can wait for 10 -20 years on waiting list. Is this true? Today i phoned and spoke with Nikiwe, she said she will come back to me, still I am waiting. Please assist, frustrated client Gloria Masilo ********** 738087 order number ********** 47a
