Installation of internet line.

Whet to Telkom for internet line. Signed contract and waited for installation, they made an appointment for installation but never came. Went in 3 times the following week to find out what the problem was. They made new appointment and didn't came again. No one seem to answer their phones and if the do they just put you through to next department. They have already took installment but I still haven't use the internet.
