installation not done in 3 months time

I placed my first order at the telkom shop, this was then cancelled by telkom in November for no reason. I then again placed n order via the call centre and got the order number,when I phoned back to follow up the order number did not exsist, I then placed another order an it ws scheduled for yesterday,but no one came,when I phone them again they say the order was moved to January,if I phone the cal center(sales) they cnt assist,if I phone the technical center they can't ssist.<br> Tekom does realy not give good service and I would think twice before using them.
