Installation Issue
I requested a land line installation on the 11th of August 2015 (Order number: ***). I received a text message to inform me that the installation will be on the 03/09/2015. I realised I will not be in Durban on that date and will be travelling for work. I went to the website and I used the \Chat to a agent"option. The agent was very helpful and once I explained my situation I was instructed to send a mail to [Email Removed] I did so on the 31/08/2015. I had no response.On the 03/09"
