Installation Department - High Security Risk

I arrived at home on Friday to notice a pole in my yard from Telkom. We have high walls in the front of the year for a reason Security, the installation department went and planted a pole as high as my wall it is so bad that the ******* can climb the pole and clime on my wall and they in my property I had a look and as far as I can see there is a pole at my neighbour's yard in the back, I want to know since when do you just plant a pole do not ask permission and if the owners came home a new pole is in their yard I want that pole removed and they can do the extension or whatever the customer requires from the pole in the neighbour's yard where the original pole is. I want explanations and pole must be removed I cannot afford to put more security products in my yard as I just cannot afford it any more, I make is safe for our family people and Telkom does not care about security reasons. I wanted to speak to someone this morning about it and was on hold for more than 20 minutes which I think is unacceptable. Please advise soonest<br> <br>
