INSTALLATION DELAYED!!!

Good morning

We were given a installation date 23 July 2020. Telkom said they wil be able to come out on that day. Over the weekend we went in to confirm and they said that they won't be able to make that date because they have a problem with the routers. I took the whole of Thursday off so that I can be there, that means NO CLIENTS NO MONEY!!! We can not open our new business because we are waiting for you to come out. We need a phone number to put on our signs, advertising and to give to our clients. We are new customers to Telkom and this is the service that we are getting!!
