Installation Delay
I have been waiting for someone to come and install/fix my ADSL line. It went live 3 weeks ago. I have spent hours on hold for people to tell me that the problem has been solved or a technician will contact me - BUT STILL NOTHING has happened. Paying for a service I don't actually have yet. Very annoyed.
