Installation

I have order a telkom adsl deal in January 2018. Since then they have delivered my telkom lit box. They sent me a sms on the 17/01/2018 saying that the installation would be on 20/01/2018 no one came to install that day. Then i received an sms saying a technician was despatched on the same day 20/01/2018 no one came to install. On the 23/01/2018 i received an sms again saying that the installation would be on the 26/01/2018 no one came to install. Also again received sms saying technician was despatched and yet again no one came. On the 29/01/2018 i received another sms saying that the installation would be on the 05/02/2018 and here i am on the 12/02/2018 still waiting for someone to come and install my internet. Note i took out a 24month contract hopeing telkom would provide me with excellent service throughout the time being. My Name: George Smith. Contact nr: ********** 818 .
