I was promised that a technician was dispatched to install my telephone line for the 14/09/2018. The sms states that the installation is scheduled for the entire day between 08:00:00 and 16:00:00. I waited all day on the scheduled day but the technician did not show, even after having received a confirmation sms on the scheduled day that a technician has been dispatched. I am self employed and I lost a days worth of income waiting for the installation Secondly, the sales agent Julia, who assisted with the sale capture the company name as Malmat Industry instead of Malmat Industries. I sent her an email and even called the sales department to have the error rectified. When I called today to follow-up, Simone, advised that Telkom has an address issue which was never communicated to me and also the company name had not been rectified. I have spent a lot of money of calling you people. All I need to have these two small issues sorted out. Why does one have to resort to such extremes to get help?
