Instalation -I your dreams - never gonna happen

I app**** for a Telkom WiFi line in November 2017, we are now in January 2018, until today I have heard nothing from Telkom. I was told I would receive an SMS within 2 weeks the line would be installed. But clearly this is nothing but a dream that is never going to happen. This is beyond disgusting service.
