Insolent staff member who refuses to log complaint with team leader

*********** insolent staff member refuses to apologise on behalf of telkoms mess up. Nontobeko Gcabashe. Useless service agent. Called over a month ago. Service agents didnt give correct info. My contracts ate still NOT cancelled. So i am being billed exorbitant data prices on month to month... Pricing from 2.5yrs ago.

No team leaders avail. Sandile Ndaba- only one on duty doesnt have logins and agent refuses to ask him to call him at a later stage. Telkom is generally useless
