Insist on insuring your contract phone

I wanna warn people who want to open a contract phone with telkom make sure they insure your phone because the will tell you insurance is compulsory on your phone especially a contract but they can make you sign a document that says no insurance... I got a phone from them the very same day it was ****** when I go there they said I can open a new line and continue paying for that one but the consultant said to me " I thought I was gonna insure your phone. I forgot"
