Insanely **** service

<p>As per usual i write to complain about the terrible service that i receive from Telkom. 18 months ago i had an ADSL line installed, to date it has never run at the speed i play(before a telkom employee says "up to"), it has NOT ONCE synced at the 2Mb i pay for(and is the max available on my exchange in the year 2016), in Benoni(not the middle of nowhere).I was told that fibre was planned for my area(at the time of installation) FIX MY LINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
