Insane Billing!

I got my Telkom router through Mondo (3rd Party Telkom Seller) in February. The contract including the itemized billing total was R216.00. I keep getting debited R200 higher because of a "pentalty fee" I never agreed to when taking the contract. Mondo won't release the contract recording because they know this was never stipulated in my agreement with them. I want Telkom to stop debiting my account of anymore amounts, I will pay the agreed upon amount of R216 manually every month.

PS: My services were terminated but I am still getting billed R200 more every time.

The "contract" is unbinding because I have stuck to my end of the deal but they have not - charges I am unfami**** with the levies I keep getting levies on my bills without any explanation - I had to call and run after them because of the high debit orders to know that there was a penalty charge of R200 for missed debit orders. I have had numerous contracts at MTN but have never been charged so insanely. Telkom needs to do better especially their call centre people - all rude and ill equipped to deal with queries.

Also, will Telkom pay for the amounts I have been getting charged by my bank every time their debit orders bounce? What about the filthy record they are leaving me with...if I want to get credit, whether for a house or car - what will the people analysing my bank statement think of payment habits. Someone at Telkom needs to sort this out ASAP.
