Injustice from telkom, Telkom :WHEN THEY SEE US

First they got my details wrong then they authorized the wrong debit date. They created multiple accounts and they send statements to the wrong receive-end.

Called the contact center as the first consultant hang off the phone while holding for assistance, no decency of call back. Telkom is making their problems my problems as they have suspended all my lines due to a mistake they have made but are holding me responsible for being inconsistent. It's one thing to be manipulated and the other to be abused by telkom, they have the muscle why not.
