HI, there are two Telkom stores in The Glen shopping mall, I have always been disgusted in the horrible service the Telkom staff in the 1st store gives. However yesterday one of the staff members in the second store (next to clicks) Ingrid Mo****di did not only meet but exceed client expectations. Ingrid is a true brand ambassador. Not once did she make me feel as if she was doing me a favour. Every step of the way she explained, the different packages, different deals down to the smallest detail . ALL 3 AGENTS IN THIS STORE GAVE OFF POSITIVE VIBES FROM THE TIME WE WALKED IN.MAYBE THE MANAGER(VINOLIA MATSAKE) NEEDS TO BRING ALL THE STAFF FROM THE OTHER STORE(NEXT TO MUSICA)INTO HER STORE TO TEACH THEM ABOUT CLIENT SERVICING!WELL DONE TO INGRID MO****DI....BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE YOU CLIENTS WILL ALWAYS COMEBACK BASED ON THE SERVICE RECEIVED NOT JUST THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE ON OFFER!
