I keep making payments manually on the first of every month, spoke to a consultant by the name of Celeste, she is telling me the payments on the 24th of the month, shes saying that there's 2 outstanding penalties of R202. 70 every month. This is ****ing ridiculous, how is it that every single month i must pay a penalty fee. This is ridiculous please rectify or give me all my MONEY BACK. THIS IS DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM TELKOM.
