*****ing my money

I have a contract with Telkom but to my surprise I got the message on my phone stating that I'm owing 99 for the subscription of which I know nothing about that. I talked to the consultant about that asking her to send me the proof of that. Surprisingly the letter that she sent to me only state that Event billing usage. They do not indicate on which dates did I do that subscription and they don't show what are the events all about. They have to pay my money back
