*****ing customers money for years

They brought a prepaid phone with a sim and then they kept charging my dad for landline fees. When they were called they said they don't know anything about the landlines being removed but they brought the phone with the card. They said that the number is R200 to keep on yet they charged for every call. Would've been a different story if they gave data and or airtime for R200 a month.
