I was talking to the lady by the name of Dineo Nkabinde on the customer chat and had a problem, instead of helping she just decided to show more of bad attitude than helping, she has a serious problem nje all together and wish she could go somewhere, where she can can show her best attitude to the clients and she is forgetting one thing that she has a salary just because of the customers that telkom has, and we dont wanna hate the company jus because of her.
