Hi There<br> <br> I would like too enquire as I have upgraded my 2 meg line To a 10 meg, i was informed that the process would take 48- 72 hours, which is acceptable as it is not a minor upgrade.Now being told that I can only be assisted on the 13th after i told 48-72 hours on sat?<br> <br> How is this possible?<br> <br> Thanks<br> <br> Chris
