Infamous Telkom Service

<p>On Thursday 13 October 2016 I received an sms from Telkom informing me what my amount due was for 26 October 2016(month end) Then without any notice whatsoever, my service was suspended... I recieved and sms informing me that my service had been suspended AFTER payment was made and AFTER the service had already been suspended for 2 to 3 days.</p> <p>Trying to contact telkom via any channel has failed as I'm put on hold everywhere, ignored on social media and I'm still sitting without a service 4 days later...</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>How once company that operates like this can still be in existence is beyond me, EVERY experience I've had with telkom has been appauling at the best of times. Unfortunately we are force fed their ****py service and ridiculous work ethic.</p>
