inexperienced technicians

I was unable to send out emails. I called the helpline and had to hold on for hours without assistance. eventually when I got through, the callcenter technicians failed dismally in resolving my issues, infact they made it worst. I could not receive and send after their so called help. I then get told that I should try sending emails after 10 minutes. its been more than a week since my complaint and now the call center never answers. I have tried calling the local Telkom branch and made (without exaggeration) more than 30 calls to the call centre and nobody answers. absolutely terrible service
