Inexperienced consultants

I just received my laptop and wifi mobile router from Telkom mobile. The only way I can access the router is if I plug it directly into the laptop. I called twice. Ended up with two different consultants and they couldn't tell me why the passwords aren't working. I asked if I could change the wifi password but they just put me back onto the main menu.
