INEPTITUDE OF TELKOM

The story with Telkom continues... Head office is un contactable, branch contact number at Clearwater Mall is engaged... often, or just rings and rings. Go online, get in touch with a friendly agent... and that chat just ends after my issue is communicated. Telkom continues to debit my account, I believe *******ly now as notice to cancel my number was issued in Feb of this year already.
