Inefficient Service

I have been trying to have a telephone number reinstated since early December 2018. I received an order number 335 139 101A - nothing happened. Called again incident # ********** 45 nothing happened, called again incident number # ********** (Khalid) nothing happened. 28/01/2019 i spoke to Nomceboa at 11:28 - nothing happened and no reference number given and told to call back today. I call back today and spoke to Zanele, apparently no supervisor available to assist me and no telephone number for the direct department who can help me...and now tells me 7-14 days. This is beyond ridiculous, can someone please assist me
