Inefficiecy on part of Telkom

I am on the phone daily with Telkom about my problems with my internet service. I am told by Sales to contact technical support. Technical support line is always engaged. Spoke to Mariam who said that Nonjabulo will phone me. Nothing has happened. I have been on the phone daily from 8.00 to 12.00 daily still no joy. How difficult will it be to give me access to the internet. Staff are not well trained.
